Not to good You use a debit card then they hold a deposit up to 30 days they don't release your funds you have to go through your bank to have the funds released
Never had any problems, staff was kind and caring the multiple times i have used their service. The hours are a bit odd, but for the convenience and price well worth working around!
if you are a Airmen in training, it is worthless to get a car from them. Since they won't hold reservations on base for Saturday pick up. Which is when you need to pickup a car after 8 hours of sleep. I made a reservation early in the week and they had no cars available and i planned my weekend around this rental car.
Rent a car elsewhere, people.
Rude staff. Silly hours for the service they provide. No sense of what their clientele needs.
So your better off getting a ride from a friend.
